Topo Studio is an independent studio in Guangzhou. We work on the small, stubborn problems that slow people down: work you did but can't describe clearly, or a goal that looks good on paper but goes nowhere next week. No tool fixes everything. We can take one problem seriously and make the next step clearer.
Don't make people work for the tool
The product should make information and next steps easier to find, not ask you to learn a new ritual.
Keep technology in its place
AI can ask questions, organize details, and check reasoning. The facts and decisions still belong to you.

If this doesn't sound like a studio that fills a page with grand promises, good. We meant it that way.
I'm FatSheep. I call myself an old-timer, but I'm still open to changing my mind. At Topo Studio, we'd rather ask where the work actually gets awkward than pretend every problem needs a sweeping revolution.
Some ideas become products. Some don't survive the conversation. For the ones we keep, we'll tell you why. If we get something wrong, tell us.
