WORK 02 / In development

AMI

Goals · Methods · Indicators

You wrote down the goal. Now what?

About the product

AMI is a goal-planning tool in development for individuals and small teams. Put one goal beside the methods you plan to use and the indicators that show whether they're working. Keep updates, discussions, and tasks on the same thread. When things change, you can see why the plan changed too.

01

Know where you're trying to get

Start with one clear outcome before filling the page with tasks.

02

Keep the goal, approach, and measures connected

A is the goal, M the method, I the indicator. Each method should have a purpose and a way to check whether it helps.

03

Give us the context before the suggestions

We plan to ask about your work, resources, and constraints before helping you shape a goal or approach. You choose what to use.

04

Let the plan stand up to questions

We also plan to check whether a method supports the goal and whether an indicator is useful. Missing information should be visible, not politely ignored. This feature is still planned.

05

Keep updates where the work happens

Attach discussions, problems, and tasks to the relevant goal or method.

06

Understand your past decisions

Review plan changes and work updates in order to see what you decided, why, and what happened next.

Development progress

Making the planning and update flow solid first

Current development focuses on editing goals, methods, and indicators, plus progress updates, discussions, and tasks. Guided goal-setting, plan checks, scheduled reviews, and read-only sharing remain planned. AMI is not available yet.

Still in the workshop. The plan needs to work in practice; so does the tool.
